Dr. Daniel G KlineMy Story: Then, in 1999, I attended a conference organized by the International Society for Breath Odor Research and began to understand quite a lot about halitosis. I experimented on myself for a few years until Sherry said my problem was gone. I still frequently ask her about my breath quality and she continues to report that it is excellent (except for when I indulge in certain foods). I used to have a peculiar taste in my mouth and that has disappeared. Our breath-testing machine (Oral Chroma) indicates no presence of odor producing compounds in my mouth air. Now I feel more comfortable speaking closely with my patients. I continue to be slightly obsessed with understanding all there is to know about bad breath. It is exciting for me to sort through studies, lectures, products, claims, personal experience, inconsistent reports, patents, theories, and conversations with researchers, advice from other breath professionals and serendipitous findings in search of information and even better results. Someday what we are now learning may become common knowledge. In the meantime, I enjoy being a pioneer and scientist. The new method of treatment that I developed is now patent pending and can be offered to the public. Helping others has always been a strong motivator for me. There is a lot of satisfaction in being able to make a difference in people's lives and in this field the potential to be appreciated is great. I savor that opportunity. If you need help with a breath problem, I sincerely believe that my expertise would be an excellent place to start. Dr. Kline's Professional Background: Memberships
